Bought the Mellow matAbsolutely LOVE IT!!! My son and I can’t get enough of it. I have a 2.5 yr old and he fell off the lounge but completely safe on the Mat when he landed. Not only is fun to lay and play on but I’m using it like a rug.

Absolutely love the mellow mat and I give it 5/5 for my kids - they roll around and play on it. So soft!
I however would advise if you have cats to avoid as our cats have destroyed it they also love the plush soft feel of the fabric and despite my best efforts have clawed holes in the mat and in the two weeks we have owned it I now have the dilemma of covering it with a different rug or throwing it away as the foam is exposed in several areas

Amazing mat, super soft for the kids and great for a play area. Very easy to wipe down and vacuum. Not 100% sure how the machine washing is going to work but we’ll cross that bridge when we come to it. Worth getting some backing so it doesn’t slip around if you have floorboards. We have found that the corners don’t lift too much, which is nice and not too much of a trip hazard. Definitely recommend!

Feels amazing and cleans well, the dark grey isn’t as dark in person but it’s so nice I don’t care. The robot vacuum has a bit of trouble getting over the borders too. There’s no pilling and I love it.

Our twins (and my partner) love floor time but with floorboards we were always having to lay down multiple blankets to make sure they could play and move around without hurting themselves and be comfortable at the same time. Had it for 2 weeks. I love the size. It’s super soft. I got the dark grey, it is more bluey grey though. I haven’t steamed it yet. It has plushed up but not as much as I would like so I definitely need to steam it and get the creases out but overall a really nice product and I received a good discount with the Easter code.

Purchased for when my grandson comes over and was pleasantly surprised at how thick the rug becomes.
It definitely takes a few days for this to happen .. I helped it along with a steam iron … which worked well.

Needs frequent vacuuming and it's difficult to run a vacuum over it, you really need to push the vacuum hard or bend with it for some reason.

I’m so glad we made the decision to buy this rug. We have an 8 month old who is just learning to stand and it makes me so nervous that he’ll hurt himself because our floors are tile and not exactly child friendly. With this rug so much of my anxiety is gone, it is so soft that even if he falls it’s not a big deal and he still has plenty of space to explore and play. What’s better is that he’s not the only one who loves it, we’ve had so many compliments from guests and have even hosted games nights and used the rug to play so it gets a lot of use. Incredibly impressed. Wasn't sure at first, umm'd and Ahh'd between two brands. Ended up going with Neptune as I have friends who had ordered other products through here and recommended the company highly. The mat arrived well within the delivery window. A once over with the steam mop had it wrinkle free and ready to use almost instantly. It meets the toddlers' approval and in the last 24 hours I have already had to test how easy it is to clean... easy peasey, a bit of a wipe with a damp cloth had strawberry jam and Nutella off it in no time. I'm looking forward to getting down on the floor to play with my trio of troublemakers more often now.

Love the Mellow mat! It’s so squishy and soft, our unit is mostly all hard tiles and before we didn’t have any rugs on the tiles and my son would complain that his knees hurt (from crawling around and playing on the tiles).
I bought the Mellow mat and got a good deal! And I bought the largest size which is absolutely massive and gives my son tonnes of space to play in the lounge room. And now this is his new favourite place to play, draw, watch tv and more ☺️ And I love how soft the mat is and it’s very easy to clean, best money I’ve spent on a rug and would recommend this to anyone with kids ❤️

On day 1 and we straight away fell in love with this mat. We actually use it in our lounge room as a rug and already had people commenting how great it looks. My kids absolutely love it and my very energetic boy fell asleep on it - mind you, afternoon naps became a thing of the past for him when he was 15 months, so that says a lot about the mellowness of the mellow mat :)
Price wise it is also amazing! Like I said we use it as a rug and we have been shopping around for months to find a nice rug. All in the 500-600 mark..

I’m in love! The Mellow Mat is one of the best things I’ve purchased in a long time. It’s so soft and the best thing of all is it’s super easy to clean when little accidents occur. Liquid just sits on the top and can be easily wiped with paper towel.
