I love this thing! It takes me like 6 seconds to feel relaxed which I did not expect as I’d heard some people find it uncomfortable for a good 10 minutes before they get used to it! I use it every night before bed because I genuinely enjoy it and don’t have to push myself. I will most probably buy another one to put under my legs in future.

Pretty good acupressure mat. Not sharp or spikey enough for me personally. There's not really a perceptible difference on my back yet though maybe I'll be able to feel it after long term use. Overall OK. Keeping it because I bought it on a really good sale, if not I would have probably returned it to get something better.

I'm finding this is a great go to when my Fibromyalgia/Migraine symptoms arise. If all l can do is lie down quietly anyway, then lying down on this (well made, attractive) set-up is worthy of inclusion. Love this acupressure mat. Great for tension in your head, neck and back. The effect is a bit stronger than a different one I’ve tried, which is down to the spikes being a bit larger or greater in number I think. It’s a little uncomfortable at first but that forces you to relax because the more you let go the better it feels and it doesn’t take long until you’re floating away on a cloud in a state of blissful relaxation. I love the look of it too and the fact it’s eco friendly. The blue colour looks great and is very peaceful and calming and stylish. Highly recommended.

I received my eco organic acupressure mat and pillow. It is very well made and I love that is it ethically and organically made. I have tried it only a few times now and it takes a bit of getting used to, as initially quite uncomfortable, but once you let go and accept this you start to relax. I love standing on it in socks too, as relieves tension well.

We love our Acupressure Bed. I am so glad I chose the Eco Bed Pro. It's great for my husband who is 6 foot.
The quality is great and the colour is beautiful.
I feel it has improved our sleep and we aren't as tensed. Both hubby and I do struggle with back and neck pain and it isn't as bad as it used to be now. Winning.
My only con is that I'd love a bag to place the mat and pillow in.

I lie on it and meditate before bed and I am sleeping really well. Yes, it does hurt a little, but it's like having a strange sort of massage. It takes a few shorter sessions and sessions in a T-shirt to get used to. But now I lie bare back on it and last night I fell asleep on it!

So so so good! 20-30 mins before bed = any stress reduced, major muscle relaxation euphoria and overall happy vibes hightened. Been having some of the most deepest sleeps since incorporating this mat into daily life. First time was definitely painful! I’m so amazed that it actually works, I was skeptical at first. But after the first use I was convinced that it is 100% Amazing. I used it for 20 mins and have never felt better. Laying on the acupressure mat relaxed my entire body and nearly put me to sleep.
I use it every night for 20mins before I go to bed and I have never slept better. I wake feeling refreshed and my body aches and pains have completely disappeared. By far the BEST online purchase I’ve made.

I bought the acupressure set so I can keep the mat at home and have the pillow at work. My colleagues refers to it as the torture pillow or the pillow you'd want in a pillow fight...... I think it's the most relaxing pillow I have.
Using it without a towel/shirt can be painful/uncomfortable but once you've passad that stage ( ~1minute for ) it super relaxing, great for back pains :)

Have lived with a decade of being unable to get to sleep and then waking multiple times each night for hours at a time, unable to get back to sleep. Have been using this for two weeks (40 mins a night) and not only do I have no issues going to sleep but I have only woken briefly (a couple of minutes) during the night on a handful of occasions. Over the years I have tried everything to obtain good quality sleep and this has done what everything else has not been able to, including prescription sleeping tablets! I love it! Only thing I’d like to see if a full length body sized one so that I can do my legs at the same time. Nonetheless, it serves its purpose for what I bought it for. Another top product by Neptune ❤️️
