I now have 2 of these and I couldn’t function doing my sewing without it. I think when I’m wearing my brace it keeps me aware of my posture……I have a serious back problem. My previous brace is about 2 years old and I have found that the Velcro doesn’t work as well as before but being a sewer I am going to add some stronger Velcro and no problems. I highly recommend this brace. I don’t wear it all the time as it’s not a good idea. We must all exercise and strengthen our inner core and back ❤️

I love this! have tried a back corrector that sat lower previously however it didn't target that upper back/hunch back like this does. You do need to be ready for it to dig into your arm/armpits a little bit but I found the longer I've used it & the better my postures got the less it digs.
